South Meath PWC and PB club will be hoisting the event as part of the clogherhead prawn festtival. Details from the festival web site says it all! We are expceting up to 20 PWC's to take part.

The First round of the 2010 PWC Club Slalom championship took place on Sunday 16th of May. It was hosted by the NWPWC club in the waters off Lusty Beg island on lower Lough Erne. A great days's sport was enjoyed by all participents. A special thanks must go to Uel and his crew for a well run event. Round 2 will be hosted by South Meath PWC and Power Boat club on Sunday 18th of July at Clogherhead. It is one of a programme of events that will take place during the Prawn festival.

Irelands first PWC Slalom Championship!! Four dates set!! Round 1 – Sunday 16th of May hosted by NWPWC club on Lough Erne
Round 2 – Sunday June 6th in Galway hosted by Galway Powerboat & Watersports ClubRound 3 - Sunday 18th of July hosted by South Meath PWC & PB club on sea at Clogherhead
Round 4– Sunday 19th of September hosted by Lough Derg Set Ski club on Lough Derg
The Slalom course is a zig zag course against the clock that actually comes as a course set on a frame that sits under the water!!

06/04/2010Lets do it Galsay Festival from June 5th to 12th!! 350,000 people expected to attend! Round ireland P750 Championship mid-week. Round Ireland Offshore Powerboat Racing. Powerboat P1 Galway Grand Prix of the Sea.Festival and boat show! PWC Slalom event on Sunday 6th!!
We are also organising a "50 skis do 5000km run for Cystic Fibrosis". The run is from Galway, around the 3 Aran Islands and back to Galway - 120km. Any skis interested please contact Eugene on 087 8331231
As part of the Round Ireland race we have been asked if we could put a PWC team to complete the circuit of Ireland. The race takes 6 days with one rest day in the middle. The Route
Day 1: Monday 7th June: Galway to Killybegs
Day 2: Tuesday 8th June: Killybegs to Bangor
Day 3: Wednesday 9th June: Bangor to Waterford
Day 4: Thursday 10th June: Waterford Lay Day
Day 5: Friday 11th June: Waterford to Fenit
Day 6: Saturday 12th June: Fenit to Galway800 Miles, 75 Boats, 300 crew, 5 race stages and some mad fellas on jetskis!!
