Lough Derg Jetski Club First Official Club Outing E-mail

On April 27th at 12 noon, the Lough Derg Jetski Club will host its first official event for members.

Definatley 27th April not 20th confirmed by Joe

The venue is Ballina slipway on to Lough Derg in Co. Tipperary.

We will begin launching the Jetskis from 11:45 onwards as quickly as possible so we don't affect any other crafts launching.  

 On the day we are hoping to have the Lough Derg Club registration Identification stickers for the jetskis so each Jetski can be identified as a club member

Lough Derg Jetski Club Officially Formed! History Made E-mail

On April 9th 2008, on a cold April evening, the first ever official Jetski Club in Ireland became a reality. With approximatley 30 people in attendence in a small room at the Kilmurray Lodge Hotel, the Chairperson and secretary proposed the club rules and constitution and after thorough review by all, they were voted upon and passed by the attendees.

Attention all Jetskiers,

I got a phone call today from an Irishjetskis.com reader about a Jetski meeting that will take place in the Kilmurry Lodge in Limerick on Wednesday 9th April at 8pm. I'm not sure who organised it, but I think its about working with the ISA on setting up a Jetski Club.

Lets start a Jetski Club for Irish Jetskiers! With Jetskis so popular in Ireland now, I thought it is about time we all got together and formed an official club for 2 major reasons:

1. So we can organise events, share jetski locations,  meet other jetskiers and basically get a bit of a buzz into group events for Jetskiers.

2. Since my 2 local lakes have now banned Jetskis

As a newbie to Jetskis back in 2002, I came across my first Jetski - a Seadoo XP ltd with an aparent engine problem. I had been thinking about buying a jetski at the time but I couldnt afford it, so when this fix er upper came along, I couldnt resist -little did I know what would happen
