JetBou hits record levels for 2011

Xtreme Action Events has organised JetBou, the Ibiza-based jetski festival, for the past eight years and the 2011 event is set to be the biggest ever.

JetBou takes over the Playa Bella resort hotel in San Antonio bay where the riders, their families and craft stay for 10 days of fun-filled jetski action.

Every day there are organised jetski trips around the main island and to many of the smaller islands with their secluded beaches, caves, crystal blue waters and white sandy beaches. All excursions are escorted by the safety team, which is headed up by UK Marine Police officers. The whole family can go aboard the boats to join in the fun. No one is left out.

Held every year at the beginning of October, the 2011 event will be sponsored by Yamaha Motors (UK) Ltd. Yamaha is one of the world's largest manufacturers of personal watercraft. Paul Hughes, Managing Director of Xtreme Action Events said: "Having such a high-profile sponsor for JetBou will bring the event the coverage and recognition it really deserves. Yamaha is respected worldwide for their personal watercraft and their on-water events so we are really excited by their involvement".

Xtreme Action Events work with DSV Entertainment Logistics, one of the largest transportation companies in the world, to transport over 100 personal watercraft and equipment from the UK and Northern Ireland, 3200 miles for the 10-day festival.

Xtreme Action Events hosts the ultimate Personal Watercraft holiday every year. It is a holiday for jet skiers, their families and friends, with lots of jet skiing in warm waters, competitions and evenings entertainment for all the family.
